1. Products and Customization

Kreative.pk offers custom neon signs, illuminated signage, acrylic lamps, personalized products, and related items.

Product images, colors, and illustrations are provided to help customers understand the available products. Actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, materials, manufacturing processes, and approved design specifications.

Available customization options depend on the product.

2. Custom Designs and Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, text, logos, dimensions, colors, fonts, artwork, and other order details before approving production.

Where a design proof is provided, customers should review it carefully and confirm approval before production begins.

Changes requested after approval may affect pricing, production time, or delivery estimates.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices, applicable charges, and available payment methods will be communicated through the website or confirmed during the ordering process.

Kreative.pk accepts advance payment and online payment methods as communicated for the order.

Custom products may require payment arrangements to be confirmed before production begins.

If a genuine pricing or listing error is identified, we will take reasonable steps to contact affected customers and resolve the issue appropriately.

4. Order Acceptance and Availability

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance in every circumstance.

An order may require payment confirmation, design approval, additional information, or confirmation of product availability before production begins.

If we cannot fulfill an order as confirmed, we will contact the customer to discuss available options and any applicable refund.

5. Production and Delivery

Production times for custom orders are confirmed individually.

The estimated delivery time within Pakistan is 2–4 business days, excluding any separately required production period. Delivery estimates may vary due to the destination, courier operations, and other circumstances.

International shipping is subject to a separate quote and destination-specific arrangements.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Custom products may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns or cancellation after production begins, subject to applicable law.

Defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products will be assessed under our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable consumer protection requirements.

7. Warranty

A two-year warranty is available on eligible products, subject to the applicable product coverage and warranty terms.

The warranty does not automatically cover every product, installation, third-party component, or type of damage.

8. Intellectual Property

Website content, branding, original graphics, photographs, and other materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Customers submitting logos, artwork, photographs, or other material for customization confirm that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use that material.

Kreative.pk may decline an order if the submitted material appears unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

9. Acceptable Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse the website or its content.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, and courier companies. Their services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

11. Liability and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Any permitted limitation of liability will apply only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

Changes will apply as permitted by applicable law and will not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

These terms are intended to operate subject to applicable laws of Pakistan, without overriding any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to a particular transaction.
