Kreative.pk offers a two-year warranty on eligible products, subject to the applicable product coverage and the terms described below.

1. Warranty Period

The warranty period is two years for eligible products.

The applicable start date, covered components, and any product-specific conditions will be confirmed through the warranty information provided for the product or order.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Subject to the applicable product terms, the warranty covers manufacturing defects in eligible products or components arising during normal intended use.

A claim must be assessed before warranty coverage can be confirmed.

3. What May Not Be Covered

Unless expressly included in writing or required by applicable law, warranty coverage may exclude:

• Accidental damage or physical impact.

• Misuse, neglect, or improper handling.

• Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.

• Improper installation or unsuitable electrical connections.

• Damage caused by exposure to water or weather beyond the product's specified protection rating.

• Normal wear and tear.

• Damage caused by circumstances unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

These exclusions do not override mandatory consumer rights.

4. Outdoor and Illuminated Signs

Outdoor signs and illuminated products may have different installation and environmental requirements.

Customers should follow the product-specific installation, electrical, and protection instructions. An outdoor product's warranty does not automatically cover damage caused by installation conditions or exposure beyond its stated specifications.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Contact us with:

• Your order number or proof of purchase.

• A description of the fault.

• Clear photographs or video showing the issue.

• Any additional information reasonably required to assess the claim.

6. Warranty Assessment and Remedy

We will review the information provided and may request troubleshooting, further evidence, or inspection.

If an eligible manufacturing defect is confirmed, the appropriate remedy may include repair or replacement, subject to the product's warranty terms and applicable law.

Any applicable refund rights will be respected.

7. Important Information

Warranty eligibility may vary by product and component. The two-year warranty should not be interpreted as coverage for every product, every type of damage, installation work, or third-party equipment unless expressly confirmed.
