Custom Order & Design Approval Policy

Kreative.pk creates personalized products based on customer requirements, including custom neon signs, business logos, illuminated signage, acrylic products, and personalized displays.

This policy explains how custom orders are confirmed and approved.

1. Submitting Your Requirements

When requesting a custom product, please provide the relevant details, which may include:

• Text, names, or wording.

• Logo, artwork, or reference images.

• Preferred dimensions and orientation.

• Font and color preferences.

• Intended installation location.

• Indoor or outdoor use.

• Any specific mounting or electrical requirements.

The available options depend on the product and design.

2. Pricing and Order Confirmation

Custom pricing may depend on size, complexity, materials, lighting requirements, and other specifications.

We will communicate the applicable price and relevant order details before the order is finalized.

Production time is confirmed individually for custom orders.

3. Design Proof and Approval

Where a design proof is provided, customers should carefully check all details before approving it.

Please review:

• Spelling and wording.

• Font and layout.

• Colors and visual arrangement.

• Dimensions and proportions.

• Logo placement and artwork.

• Any other specifications included in the proof.

Production may proceed according to the approved design and confirmed order details.

4. Changes After Approval

Requests for changes after design approval or after production begins may require additional charges or a revised production and delivery estimate.

Some changes may not be possible once manufacturing has progressed.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you identify an error or need to change your requirements.

5. Colors, Materials, and Appearance

Colors may appear different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Minor variations may occur between a digital preview and the finished product.

Any material difference from the confirmed order specifications will be assessed appropriately under our applicable policies and consumer protection requirements.

6. Customer-Provided Artwork

Customers must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any submitted logo, image, photograph, text, or artwork.

Kreative.pk may decline to produce material that appears unlawful or infringes third-party rights.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information and artwork they submit.

7. Installation and Intended Use

Customers should communicate the intended installation location and use of the product before ordering.

Outdoor signs, illuminated products, and electrical items may have specific installation and environmental requirements.

Please follow any product-specific instructions and use a suitably qualified installer where necessary.

Warranty coverage may depend on the product specifications and proper use.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Custom orders may be subject to restrictions on cancellation after production begins. Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for correctly supplied personalized products.

These restrictions do not remove any rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products under applicable law.
